Do I need an account to place an order?

How secure is my payment?
All card details are entered on an SSL-encrypted page and transmitted directly to the card network for authorization. No card data is stored on our servers. -
Will I be charged an exchange rate?
All prices are in US Dollars. If your card is denominated in another currency, your issuer will apply its daily exchange rate when the transaction is processed. -
How should I enter my shipping address?
Please type every field in English (including punctuation). Replace any non-English characters with the closest English equivalent (e.g., “ç” → “c”). -
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Addresses cannot be modified once the order has been processed or shipped. To avoid customs delays, use your permanent residential address, not a temporary or vacation address. -
How long does shipping take and how do I track my parcel?
Delivery time depends on the shipping option you select. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse we will email you a tracking number and link. We are not responsible for customs-related delays.
