Standard Returns Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of delivery at no cost. Refunds will be issued for the returned merchandise; original shipping charges are non-refundable.
During promotional periods (e.g., Black Friday) the return terms may differ—please review the promotion-specific conditions before ordering.
Returns Process (promotions excluded)
  1. Email official@navorro.com with “Return Request” in the subject line.
  2. Include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
  3. We will reply with a prepaid return label and next-step instructions.
Damaged Items
If any item arrives damaged, email a clear photo along with your order number to official@navorro.com within 14 days. Subject line: DAMAGED.
Missing Items
If part of your order is missing, email official@navorro.com with your order number. Subject line: MISSING ITEM.
Shipping
All orders are shipped via 4PX. Delivery typically takes 7–10 business days; orders over US $49.90 ship free.
